Acceptance of Terms
By using BulkBro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
What BulkBro Provides
BulkBro provides calorie tracking, weight tracking, progress tools, AI-assisted meal estimation, adaptive bulking guidance, and coaching-style insights.
BulkBro is designed for general fitness and nutrition tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use BulkBro’s calorie targets, food estimates, weight trends, coaching insights, and recommendations.
You should review all AI-generated estimates and coaching output using your own judgment. If you have a medical condition, history of disordered eating, or specific health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, weight goals, or training routine.
AI Features
BulkBro may use artificial intelligence to estimate meals, explain progress, and generate coaching insights. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances.
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
BulkBro Pro Subscriptions
BulkBro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.
Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple’s subscription rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
BulkBro does not process refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s App Store policies.
Purchases and Price Changes
Prices and subscription offerings may change over time. Any changes to active subscriptions will be handled according to Apple’s App Store rules and notices.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BulkBro, interfere with the app’s operation, attempt to access systems without permission, abuse AI features, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
BulkBro, including its design, content, branding, software, coaching logic, and interface, is owned by BulkBro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law.
Service Availability
We aim to keep BulkBro reliable, but the app may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, or changed. AI-powered features, analytics, subscriptions, and cloud services may depend on third-party providers.
No Guaranteed Results
BulkBro is designed to support your bulking journey, but results depend on many factors, including consistency, nutrition, training, sleep, health, and individual biology. We do not guarantee weight gain, muscle gain, or any specific result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulkBro is provided as is and without warranties. We are not responsible for losses, injuries, health decisions, or damages arising from your use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as BulkBro evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
