Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern use of BulkBro.

By using BulkBro, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, they should not use the app.

1. Purpose of BulkBro

BulkBro is a general fitness and nutrition tool intended to help users track:

• calorie intake;
• protein intake;
• body weight;
• intentional weight-gain progress.

BulkBro may provide adaptive calorie targets based on information you enter and the result of each completed seven-day tracking week.

BulkBro is not a medical service.

2. No Medical Advice

BulkBro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional dietetic care.

Calorie targets, weight-gain guidance, progress classifications, meal estimates, and other information provided through BulkBro are for general informational and fitness purposes.

Users should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional when medical or professional nutritional guidance is required.

3. User Information and Accuracy

BulkBro's functionality depends on information supplied by the user.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they enter, including:

• weight measurements;
• meal information;
• calorie logs;
• profile information;
• goals.

Inaccurate or incomplete data may reduce the quality of calorie targets, progress assessments, and other results.

4. Adaptive Calorie Guidance

BulkBro may adapt calorie targets after a completed seven-day tracking week using the week's logged calorie intake, opening and closing weight, and selected weight-gain goal.

These calculations are estimates.

Previous weekly results may be displayed as progress history but are not used to calculate the next calorie target.

BulkBro does not guarantee a specific rate of weight gain, body-composition change, calorie requirement, or fitness result.

A calorie target that previously matched your progress may become less suitable if your weight response, activity, logging behavior, or other circumstances change.

5. AI-Assisted Meal Estimation

BulkBro may use artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional information from meal descriptions.

AI-generated estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for the specific meal.

Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting information before relying on it.

AI-assisted meal estimation does not constitute medical or professional dietetic advice.

6. Speech Input

BulkBro may allow speech input to create meal descriptions.

Speech recognition can misunderstand foods, words, quantities, or other information.

Users are responsible for reviewing transcribed information and resulting meal estimates.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some BulkBro features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store.

Available products, prices, billing periods, trials, and promotional offers are displayed through the App Store purchase interface or BulkBro's subscription interface as applicable.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules.

Users can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through their Apple account settings.

BulkBro does not control Apple's payment processing, refund decisions, or App Store account systems.

Free-trial or promotional eligibility may be subject to Apple's rules and the offer available to the user's Apple ID.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• misuse BulkBro or its backend services;
• interfere with or bypass application security;
• attempt unauthorized access to BulkBro infrastructure;
• use automated methods to abuse AI or backend functionality;
• reverse engineer or exploit BulkBro except where applicable law expressly permits;
• use BulkBro for unlawful purposes.

9. Availability and Changes

BulkBro may change, improve, remove, or discontinue features over time.

Features may depend on internet access, Apple services, third-party infrastructure, device capabilities, permissions, or subscription status.

BulkBro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Third-Party Services

BulkBro relies on third-party services and platforms which may include Apple, Google/Firebase, OpenAI, and infrastructure used for AI-assisted meal estimation.

Use of those services may also be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.

BulkBro is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

BulkBro, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of BulkBro or its intellectual property to the user.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BulkBro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

BulkBro does not warrant that meal estimates, calorie targets, progress assessments, or other outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for the user's circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BulkBro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Termination

Users may stop using BulkBro at any time.

BulkBro may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as BulkBro changes or legal requirements evolve.

Updated Terms will display a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
