BulkBro is a calorie and weight tracking application designed to help users monitor calorie intake, body weight progress, streaks, goals, and related fitness tracking activity.

Features may evolve over time and may include both free and optional premium functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BulkBro.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to use the service in your region.

4. Accounts and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service.
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Health Disclaimer

BulkBro is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All calorie targets, tracking information, calculations, recommendations, and progress insights are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant health, nutrition, or exercise decisions.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

BulkBro may offer optional premium subscriptions or paid features in the future.

If subscriptions are introduced:

• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Payments will be processed through Apple App Store billing systems where applicable.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings.
• Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through Apple.

Current features may remain free while optional premium functionality may be added separately.

7. Intellectual Property

BulkBro, including its branding, design, interface, visuals, logos, and software, is owned by BulkBro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep BulkBro available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkBro and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

Your use of BulkBro is at your own risk.

Your use of BulkBro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may stop using BulkBro at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
