BulkBro is built to help you track your bulking journey, understand your progress, and receive adaptive coaching. This Privacy Policy explains what information BulkBro uses, why it is used, and how you can control it.

We aim to collect only what is needed to make the app work, improve reliability, and provide coaching features.

Information You Provide

BulkBro may store information you enter into the app, including age, sex, height, weight, activity level, training days, bulking goal, food logs, calorie entries, meal descriptions, saved meals, weight check-ins, progress history, unit preferences, notification preferences, app settings, and support messages you choose to send us.

This information is used to calculate calorie targets, track progress, generate coaching insights, and personalize your experience.

AI-Powered Features

BulkBro uses AI-powered services to estimate meals, generate diagnosis text, and provide coaching insights.

When you use AI-powered features, information such as meal descriptions, calorie logs, weight history, and progress signals may be securely processed by our cloud services and AI providers to generate estimates or coaching output. AI output is informational and may be inaccurate. You should review estimates and use your own judgment before relying on them.

Analytics and Diagnostics

BulkBro uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the product. BulkBro may also use crash reporting tools such as Firebase Crashlytics to detect errors and improve app reliability.

Analytics and diagnostic information may include app events, device information, crash logs, performance data, and general usage patterns.

Subscriptions and Payments

BulkBro Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details. Apple may provide subscription status information so the app can determine whether BulkBro Pro features should be active.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, BulkBro may send reminders related to logging, weigh-ins, consistency, and coaching. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Local Data and Deletion

BulkBro stores much of your tracking data on your device using Apple storage systems.

You can delete your local BulkBro data from the Settings screen using Delete Local Data. This removes stored progress, food logs, saved meals, weight entries, and setup details from your device.

Some information processed by external services, such as analytics, crash logs, App Store subscription records, or AI service logs, may be retained according to the policies of those service providers and our operational needs.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help BulkBro operate, including cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, diagnostics, and App Store subscription management. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

International Processing

BulkBro’s service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information.

You can delete local app data directly from Settings. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@bulkbroapp.com.

Children

BulkBro is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age required to use digital services in your country, you should not use BulkBro without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as BulkBro evolves. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the policy in the app or on our website.
